If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
By accessing the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into contracts. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
BlueBox offers various pricing tiers, including free and paid services. By using any paid services, you agree to the pricing terms as described in our Pricing Page. Payments are processed on a monthly or annual basis, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
You retain ownership of any data or content (“User Content”) you upload to the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant BlueBox a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, and process your User Content for the purposes of providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueBox and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) unauthorized access to or use of your data; (c) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (d) any other matter relating to the Service.
BlueBox’s liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BlueBox in the preceding three months.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BlueBox does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueBox, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Plano, Texas.
BlueBox reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
