Billing Information
All BlueBox services are billed on a monthly basis. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file and will be automatically charged on or about the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage.
Detailed invoices and complete billing information can be accessed anytime through your BlueBox portal under the Billing section. This includes usage breakdowns, payment history, and upcoming charges.

High Availability Configuration
For mission-critical deployments, BlueBox appliances can be deployed in pairs for high availability. This configuration provides automatic failover, real-time data synchronization, and zero-downtime updates. HA configurations require two appliances of the same tier.
